"We booked a twin one bedroom apartment with an additional person and got a queen bed. For 3 single ladies this was less than ideal. We were told that this was all they had and after much arguing with front counter staff when the manager arrived later she informed me that we had been given the wrong room and we then had to pack up and move. The food was average and I expected more from a hotel that was advertised as 4 star. Would not stay there again." - Anonymous
