"This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. The room was not at all what was shown in photos, It was tiny (even though we apparently had a deluxe room) the bathroom was about the size of a large toilet stall with the shower and sink crammed in. There was only a flimsy shower curtain and every time we showered water would go all over the floor and flood the bathroom.
The staff were rude and provided no service at all, the breakfast was disgusting and even though we were on a non-smoking floor, the entire level (including our room) stank of smoke.
There was no room service or mini bar.
This place was not well maintained and you definitely do not get what you pay for, it was over priced and a complete waste of money and i do not recommend this horrible hotel to anyone." - Rene Nguyen

The Robertson Quay Hotel, a budget hotel with its distinctive 12-sided round building, is situated right in the midst of the Singapore River district and offers excellent river views.
It is surrounded by chic restaurants and is next to entertainment hubs such as Clarke Quay, Mohammed Sultan Road and Robertson Walk where there is variety of restaurants and bars to suit every budget range.
River taxi rides along the Singapore River leave from next to the hotel and will take you to places of interest such as Boat Quay, Raffles Place, Merlion Park and The Esplanade. Areas such as Chinatown, Little India, Orchard Road are also easily accessible.
The hotel has 150 rooms available. Single rooms have 1 single bed with private bathroom. Double rooms have a choice of a queen bed or twin beds.
The hotel lobby lounge, with its soothing ambience, is a perfect place to unwind and relax, and serves daily breakfast from 7.30am to 10.30am. The Home Beach Bar has a casual open-air setting which serves dinner daily.
Clarke Quay MRT is nearby, so you may take advantage of this island-wide train network, and experience life and culture in Singapore. |

There are 4 ways to get to the hotel:
1. Airport shuttle service provided at the airport. · SGD$7nett per person. · Operates from 0600-0000hrs, midnight (Singapore time). · Travelers may enquire straight from airport counters.
2. Taxi ride from the airport. · Takes about 20-30 minutes from the airport. · Price approximately at SGD$20 from airport, will include other surcharges imposed on top of normal fares.
3. Private van transfer (up to 5 persons max. per trip) from airport to hotel. · 0700-2300hrs (Singapore time) at SGD$60 per trip. · 2300-0700hrs (Singapore time) at SGD$90 per trip. For arrangement, prior notice need to be given to hotel.
4. Take the MRT train service from the airport, East West Line to City Hall and transfer to North South Line to Dhoby Ghaut and finally take the North East Line to Clarke Quay MRT station. The ride takes 28 minutes with just 5-7 minutes walk to hotel, for just under SGD$4. |
