Ronda Hotel Barcelona

My family and i stayed for just one night but we would love to have stayed longer, the rooms were very nice and the staff couldnt have been more helpfull. Parking is always a bonus in Barceloa although the spaces were a bit tight. We will definately use the hotel again when we return to visit the contempory art museam next year.

This place was fantastic! We were welcomed and accommodated well. One of the concierges, Cristian, was extremely helpful and kind. We had to stay an extra night, which was costlier, but we were able to do it! I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed for 3 days. 10 minutes walk to the centre. Too much noise was coming to the through the walls ( esp from the toilet of the next room or the upstair room). Reception staff was very kind. My room was big enough and clean. I didnt see any TV channel in English. Being a person stayed at hotels/hostels in all Europe, my opinion is; this hotel is OK for its price and location.

Whilst the facilities are very basic, the hotel is very convenient in that it's close to the metro station and a coffee shop.

Excellent location and good value. The rooms were medium sized, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms modern. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a with 3 beds and it was very bad madresses they where formed/ shaeped after many people have been laying in them

Apprehensive of negative reviews, we booked 8 days in Sep08 and were not disappointed. Yes, narrow corridors, but once in room: basic, clean, aircon, pleasing decor and color, foam mattress in double bed(!) but firm. And only 5 min. walk to las ramblas. Good deal for your money if you want to stay in old city. Recommend. For b'fast try Carracas on your right hand as you walk along sant antoni - local priced and very good coffee. Take airport bus to pl catalunya and taxi/walk to hotel. Best priced icecream is 50m down av. portal de l'angel on your right. Good restaurants in placa reial.

The hotel staff are very friendly. As the hotel gets tourists from all over, it may be helpful to have staff who can speak a bit of english abd other languages, including the bar and housekeeping... otherwise it was a very pleasant stay. thanks to [your website] for helping in the reservation. Access to tourist tickets at the hotel may also be helpful

Not a fancy hotel in any way, but well placed in the center of the city and with a very service minded staff. Clean and sober with everything you really need.

20 euro deposit for tv-command?? Dificult acces by car... even GPS don´t manage

Very dull and tired (the room, not me!). For the cost, however, it was still a good deal and easy enough to walk to the Ramblas.

For the price I think this was a ok/good hotel, nothing more and nothing less. Positive : Good cleanliness and ok space in twin room. Negative : No minibar. Very small TV-screen. Had to pay exstra for using the safe in the hotelroom. Breakfast was not included and was expensive (10 euro)

i cannot say enough about employees: all were very very helpfull and welcoming, always accomodating any "need"; the price is a little too high, but it was a last minute reservation. it's a great location 2 min away from Pl Catalunya;the room (312) was pretty spaceous, and the balcony was a big plus. once again, GREAT employees and great location. I would stay there again

Good, clean and friendy hotel. Good location - handy for the Metro, and about 15 minutes walk from the Ramblas. Food and drinks are reasonable in quality and price. Plenty of tourist information available, and the staff all speak excellent English, and do all they can to be helpful.

Room not available first night, so we had to stay in another Ronda Hotel far from where we wanted to be. This hotel was listed on your website as a Las Ramblas location -- IT IS NOT IN LAS RAMBLAS. Do not lie about these things. The hotel front desk personnel were very good, most helpful.

They were doing up the hotel abit while we were there but it was still nice

Very clean.Modern. About one block from metro.4 minute walk to Plaza Catalunya. Perfect for two people. To expensive for one person. I stayed at hostel nearby also for half the price and it was very clean also. In general Barcelona hostels are better than any where else in the EU. My only complaint about this hotel are the thin walls. Awesome shower!
