"On arrival we asked to be moved to a downstairs room, this was no problem. Our unit, although small (but a studio) was newly refurbished, very clean, very comfortable. The room was also stuffed full of furniture such that you couldn't move! The bulky arm chairs were unnecessary and a pain to try to get around.
