"I had a room at the garden house, which had a nice atmosphere. Room was nice and clean, the bed was a bit small though, and the safe was installed in a very unpractical location. I liked the free gluhwein and other drinks at the reception. Swimming pool was very nice, however the fittness room was way too low ( i was unable to stand there at 190 cm , and the fitness equipment was old and cheap.Breakfast is very good.

The traditional and family hotel "Rothenburger Hof" is part of the government-area of Dresden, called "Neustadt". It is about one kilometre to walk along the pedestrian precinct Hauptsstraße to the historical "Altstadt" with the Semper Opera House, Hofkirche (Catholic Court Chapel), Zwinger.Our newly renovated house contains 26 double rooms, which can also used as single rooms. All rooms are very comfortable equipped with a bathroom en suite, colour television, radio, mini-bar and some with balcony. |

Take the motorway exit Dresden-Hellerau and follow the "Hansastr." in the direction of the centre of Dresden (Hotelroute B, green sign along the street). Go straight ahead and you will pass under the Dresden-Neustadt station's railway bridge. At the first traffic lights turn left into "Große Meißner Str.". Follow this street past the Saxon financial ministry (at second light, Hotelroute B turn right, Sign Rothenburger-Hof straight on) and the "Staatskanzlei". At the third traffic lights turn left into the one-way street "Hoyerswerdaer Str." (don´t cross the river on the right), go straight ahead, cross "Bautzner Str." to "Rothenburger Str.".Our hotel is located on left hand side of the road.
