"The location was great, but the hotel was surrounded by scaffolding. Windows in room let in a draught as were quite old. Good value, its fine to stay in for a couple of nights , but the buzzing of the aircon (that couldn't be switched off) was very annoying. The Royal Albion hotel in Brighton is a Regency Style Hotel, built in 1826 it offers a warm and friendly environment directly opposite Brighton Pier, to reinforce it's reputation as a family hotel.
All 186 bedrooms including our mini suites provide modern amenities expected by today's traveller; with private facilities, complimentary tray, colour television, radio, trouser press, direct dial telephone & hairdryer. Numerous rooms feature Jacuzzi baths, air conditioning and sea views.
The Restaurant, lounge and bar boast fabulous views overlooking the English Channel and offer traditional food all day. During the summer, hotel guests can enjoy the outlook from our large Sun Terrace overlooking Brighton beach and Pier. The vibrant "Bar.rogue" is a stylish bar providing good food and drinks with great music at night.
Our 8 function rooms are elegantly furnished, equally suitable for day or night catering for up to 150 delegates.

The Royal Albion is one of the main hotels in Brighton, and is within easy reach of the major motorways links, with Gatwick airport conveniently located 30 minutes away by car and 45 minutes by train. Brighton Station is a short distance away and the main bus/coach terminus operating services to Heathrow airport and London is around the corner from the hotel.
Follow signs to the Seafront, the hotel is directly on the seafront, opposite Brighton Pier.
