"We booked a junior suite to end our stay in Thailand.
First thing we noticed was the poor state of the bathroom, both dirty and in need of refurbishment. Kitchen was also very poor, such that we didn't want to use it. The bedroom and living area were OK, but clearly hadn't been dusted recently, and there was an old whiskey bottle in the freezer compartment of the fridge. Cleanliness is obviously not a priority for this hotel. Rooftop pool very small and also dirty, jacuzzi broken. Free tuktuk to sukhumvit road small consolation." - Anonymous
