Staying in Royal Benja Hotel which located in Soy Ha (Road 5) was a fantastic experinence for me and my wife. the location was very good espcially for middle eastern people where muslim food is available nearby. thanks [your website]

I enjoyed staying in the Royal Benja Hotel and prices were incredible. However I was a little bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the corridors and the odor smell that spread everyday. And I'm surprised that most of the hotels in the world don't have a washing hose by the WC which is hygienically vital, in my opinion.
the is good in average the toilet smell not good in my room it was probably comes from the drain.
The hotel definately needs a renovation now. Stayed with them after a gap of 4 years & was disappointed seeing the condition of room & bathroom. Though they are big in size, but they need renovation. Otherwise good location & friendly staff.
Returned after using several times 4 yrs ago. Only 30 mins from new airport, quiet rooms despite central location, close to nightlife/tourist shops. Good size rooms/bathrooms. Excellent complimentary breakfast selection. Busy reception with lots of tourist company use. Check out a little slow (check your bill carefully), but recommended overall.

Staff was friendly and efficient. They go the extra mile to ensure your comfort and safety. The hotel is not as new as some in the same area are but the pricing is excellent and is a "good value" for the money. The downsides are that the hotel is on a narrow one way street and you have to walk a gaunlet of street vendors everytime you leave the hotel. Have the concierge obtain transportation for you.
Comfortable,clean hotel,conveniently located in the Sukhumvit area.Don't miss the breakfast buffet.The only thing this Hotel lacks is some English speaking news channels, the addition of CNN and BBC World would be a great addition to this very competitively priced hotel.
