This recently inaugurated refined Hotel is situated in a quiet area of the center of Rome, hosted in a Liberty Style Palace very close to the Termini Station, and just a few minutes walking distance from the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Roman National Museum, Via Veneto, University of Rome and the main business area of the city. A recent renovation transformed it into a private Town House combining elegant decorations and antique original furniture with a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Please note that as of 1st January 2011 a City Tax will be introduced in the city of Rome. The contribution for 4 and 5 stars hotels is 3,00 per person, per day up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. Due to the introduction of this stay contribution, as per art. 14, paragraph 16, subparagraph e) of the Leg. Decree of the 31 May 2010 n. 78, we are compelled to ask this contribution directly to the Customers with no possibility of exception.

Getting there:How to reach us on foot: When you arrive at the Termini Station and get off the train, you enter the station's concourse. Here take the exit on your right (having the railway tracks behind you). When you are out of the station go always straight ahead and you will find yourself in 'Via Marghera'. Just 100 mt and you'll be at the Hotel's entrance. (Estimated walking time: 3 minutes )

Location - fantastic - right near Termini Station and Caimpino airport transfer pickups. Price was very high for small size of room. Yes we would stay there again.
Normally hotels around Termmini station are not really recommended. But this hotel is an exception. Just a staraight across the station but a bit quiet and very good service. If you need a clean and confortable place to stay and enjoy outside of the hotel then I really recommend this hotel.

In a quiet part of the city the hotel is most notable for the friendiness and helpfulness of its staff. The rooms are good, as are the bathrooms, and the restaurant compares favourably with the the other eating houses we sampled in the city.
The location could not be more convenient in Rome. The staff really went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. They are very professional and thoughtful. One of the better breakfasts around. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. We have now stayed there three times and will return.
Very nice hotel with a very good location. You can reach anything from here. The breakfast was ok, and the double bed are very big. Would for sure come back again, and would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is very pleasant and the service quite nice, however, the breakfast is of very low quality.
Very pleased with the hotel and staff were all friendly. Only areas of concern were that there was no coffee making facilities in the room and the heating was difficult to control leading to our stay in early January being quite cold
The receptionist was very helpful for organising the airport pick-up and was very friendly in greeting us at the hotel. Overall, a small but cosy hotel with friendly staff.
