Our room was large and very nice but to justify the hotel charging the prices on the door, needed to be re furbished. We didn't pay those prices so were quite happy. Our restaurant is one of the hotel's major assets. Located behind the bar, wood panelled walls & original Georgian coving gives the restaurant an elegant & intimate feel. Truly wonderful food & friendly, attentive service ensures a memorable occasion. The restaurant is open to both residents & non-residents alike Tuesday thru Saturday nights. Lunchtime Carvery is served 12.30 2.30p.m on weekdays. A bar food menu is available from 3 p.m. 10.30p.m every night. All big sporting events are covered on the large screen TV. On big match days, Raffles Bar is always a favourite, packed with travelling supporters.
