"i have stayed in this hotel on may occasions, and always found it to be of good quality and service. i was given an automatic upgrade to a better room, without asking. the rooms are comfortable and clean. some exteria upgrade work is taking place right now, which adds a little noise. still a nice place to stay." - rob elliott


"We booked a twin room with two beds. We arrived, and they only had one room available with a double bed. After a bit of haggling, where they suggested I sleep with my friend in the double bed, they gave us a trundle bed and agreed to upgrade us to a suite for the final 4 nights of our stay.
