"Only a few of the managers speak english and poorly I might add.
The bed was hard as a rock (even in my opinion who likes a harder bed). The staff was very reluctant to help us get a softer solution. Finally, after communicating with half the hotels staff and a handfull of managers we were able to get a few bed sheets extra, however the bed was still hard as a rock!" - Anonymous
