"The room is neat and clean when I first check into the hotel. However, subsequent housing keeping for the following days during my stay is not as good. It seems like a rush job. It is not considered to be ideally located but luckily the hotel do provide some free shuttle bus service. Its a pity that the hotel does not provide any arrangement for transport from airport to hotel. I am impressed by the concierge service (esp. the staff, Mr Wo). They are very helpful and efficient. "I was upgraded to a premier room on the executive floors. Although the room had no view, it was well appointed. The hotel is a good deal for Macau. Taxis maybe a big hard to catch outside of the hotel. " - David Wu
"Most hotels in Macau are reasonably spaced and quite comfortable. The location was not in downtown macau and required about 30mins to the square where most of the shops are, but if you walk about 15mins there is a popular crab congee restuarant thats very nice. " - Elaine Mo
