"We booked the basic bed and breakfast package with internet but were upgraded to the Premier package. This gives snacks during happy hour in the evening and drinks throughout the day. You also get a premier room which is larger and higher up in the building. All in all we thoughly enjoyed our time there. Staff were great, could not be more helpful. Room was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was in the lobby but tasty. The hotel is situated up the hill from the main casinos, about 10 minutes walk, this suited us perfectly as we were out of the noise but close to everything including the historical attractions that are located all over old Macau. Only reason I gave a good as opposed to very good for the facilities is that the bus from the ferry terminal is only half hourly. This in itself is not a problem it is just that it is not clear from the website, also the bus says Hotel Royal on it which is a bit confusing. Would we stay there again? Yes, definitely." - Anonymous

"The room is neat and clean when I first check into the hotel. However, subsequent housing keeping for the following days during my stay is not as good. It seems like a rush job. It is not considered to be ideally located but luckily the hotel do provide some free shuttle bus service. Its a pity that the hotel does not provide any arrangement for transport from airport to hotel. I am impressed by the concierge service (esp. the staff, Mr Wo). They are very helpful and efficient. Overall experience is good." - Anonymous
"I was upgraded to a premier room on the executive floors. Although the room had no view, it was well appointed. The hotel is a good deal for Macau. Taxis maybe a big hard to catch outside of the hotel. " - David Wu
