Royal Hotel Ronda

One problem is that the sound proofing is not good between rooms. A great location and very friendly service. Basic hotel but spotless.

We visited Hotel Ronda in januar 2007 and it was no heating in the hotelroom. It was really cold. Breakfest is served in an other hotel (150 m) from 08.15 o´clock!!! This hotel is Ok in summertime but not in wintertime.

When you go for a budget hotel, you tend not to expect much. However, the Royal Hotel was a very pleasant surprise! Very central, very clean and the facilities, although basic were as advertised. The receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly and we had a terrific time in Ronda without damaging the bank balance. Recommended if you're looking just for a place to rest your head and not much else.

We had breakfest in another hotel 5 minutes walking. When we arrived it was not allowed to have breakfest in the special guestroom with the other hotelguests. We had to eat in the café itself, what was not very cosy.

The location is very convenient since it is in the centre of the town. The room was small but clean. Maybe a little noise during the night from those who hang out since its on a central street, but not that irritating. Have to pay for the parking but it's possible to find a place on a street near the hotel to leave it - not a big problem. Generally, good value for money.

Few services in the hotel, but all services available close by. Friendly desk clerks at all hours of the day.

A very satisfactory hotel for the money, with an ideal central position. The staff were helpful and friendly. We would use it again.

Only disappointment with this very nice budget style hotel was the fact that breakfast was not available at the hotel but a rather smoking cafe about 100 yards from the hotel. The breakfast was included in the rate and was perfectly respectable but not in a venue we would have naturally opted for. The staff in the hotel were most welcoming and charming throughout our stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again as it was right in the heart of Ronda.

An ideal budget hotel for a stay in Ronda.

Right in the middle of the action, next to the Bullring, Tajo Bridge, and the Old City and Cathedral. What a superb place to visit for a few days. Would stay again.

Accommodation is basic, but clean & friendly. Location is great for local attractions.

the hotel was very well placed in the centre of town very close to the bridge and shops, the bull ring was just a short walk as welland the service was excelant,the staff are very helpfull.

Very nice hotel with all facilities. Central location means well-placed for sites but streetside rooms may be noisy (in common with many Spanish hotels!).

The hotel is located in the main street, around 10 minutes' walk from the train station. Although centrally located we were not disturbed by any traffic noise etc. All the main sites of interest are a very short walk from the hotel. The facilities and standard of accommodation were basic and very clean (though given the sights it's unlikely you'll spend much time in the hotel). The hotel management were particularly helpful.
