Royal On The Park Hotel Brisbane

Comfortable, well located hotel, close to shops with only a short walk but far enough to avoid the noise, has parking (costs, but fair), staff are friendly and helpful, would stay there again.

Spacious, well-decorated room with great amenities. Extremely comfortable bed. Loved the positioning of the work desk with a comfortable chair (not always the case in hotels). Having a power board giving plenty of access to power points was a bonus. The shower is over the bath but that was not an issue for us. What we loved was having a shelf in the shower that is big enough for all your bits & pieces. Hope they keep that, and the heated mirror, when they refurbish the bathrooms. Plenty of bath products available as well. All staff were very helpful and courteous. We didn't dine in the restaurant other than breakfast but it was a great buffet breakfast. Our only complaint would be the exorbitant fee for internet access. We’ve stayed in cheaper hotels and paid nothing for internet. They need to address this. It’s a big deal to us and I’m sure we are not alone.

Ideal location for us as we were running the Brisbane Marathon and the Start & Finish points was a short walk away. Beautiful hotel with clean & beautifully furnished rooms and friendly service.

An excellent hotel in every way. Huge rooms with wonderfully comfortable beds plus all the fittings and fixtures that anyone would need. A very good restaurant and all staff in all areas were friendly and very efficient.Located right across from the Botanical Gardens and a short walk to the shopping malls. Only 15 minutes pleasant walk to the Southbank entertainment area. I loved the hotel and will definitely stay there next time in Brisbane. Book into this hotel with confidence.

We booked 3 rooms at Royal on the Park for 1 night for a family wedding at a nearby hotel. We got an early check in as our wedding was at 2pm. The staff were efficient and friendly and the hotel itself was very quiet and comfortable. It's position opposite the Botanical gardens allows for an early morning walk. We would definitely stay there again

Hi I stayed three nights here after a month on the gold coast with my sister. This was a treat for myself and from checkin to Checkout it was great :superb large room TV Desk Internet connection excellent location handy to Queen St Mall ;the riverside ferries a few minutes walk away Southbank and the casino walking distance .Excellent meal options close by from cofee shops to Restaurants,The breakfast option in the Walnut Restaurant superb.Comfortable bed pillows exceptional.The rooms extra good due to recent refurbishment.bathroom large .I had city view 4th floor Two large queen beds .Concierge very helpful when organizing trip to airport on check out.Iwould defineatley rate this a 10 out of 10 hotel my only regret was that i hadnt stayed a few days longer, Maurice Auckland New Zealand.

Very pleasant reception staff. Room lovely. Just be aware about drinking the bottled water in the bathroom - it is not complimentary (as many hotels offer). It is part of the mini bar. Not complaining, just think it should have had a collar on it to inform. The 24hr movies for $24.95 was awesome. $15.95 for 1, so very good value.

I found Royal On The Park Hotel very convenient for the city and driving in and out of the city. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location is good for restaurants, ferry and bike hire.

Very nice hotel with cheap price near CBD and South Bank. The building is not new but the room has been renovated very nicely and big. Free newspaper every morning, enjoy the pool. Will stay there next time.

Clean, comfortable accommodation, helpful & friendly staff all in a convenient location. Valet parking at a reasonable $15p.n. & assistance with any luggage. A most enjoyable stay, just watch the taps in the shower as the hot & cold are on opposite sides to what you are probably used to.

Fantastic Hotel, we had a lovely relaxing break. Pool was good & the Spa excellent. We did not eat here but the restaurant looked top class. Beds comfortable. We would stay here again.

The hotel presents well on first impressions. The room was excellent. Service was very good. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in a prime location - gardens across the road, a hop skip and jump into town, surrounded by lots of choices for meals. We thought the cost was very competitive. No complaints.

The hotel was good to stay in. the location 10 minuet walk to Queen St Mall. Some of the furniture is starting to age, Beds were good and room service was very good.

We found staff at reception and, in particular, the Dining Room, very friendly and helpful. The Dining experience was great - food and service. We just felt that the Restaurant needs a bit of a face lift.
