Getting there:Cnr Marine Pde & Burrows st, Biggera Waters. Travelling down from Brisbane, take the Helensvale South Exit (No.62) which brings you onto Brisbane Rd. Follow Brisbane Rd right down to the water where you can then turn left into Marine Pde and you will find us about 800 metres down the Marine Pde on your left at the roundabout. If travelling from the south follow the Gold Coast highway up through Surfers Paradise, Southport and Labrador. When Gold Coast highway turns(veers) left into Brisbane Rd be sure to keep going straight onto Marine Pde and you will find us 800 metres down Marine Pde on your left at the roundabout.
Check-in Procedure:Reception hours are from 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 2.30pm on Saturday, 8.30am - 1.00pm Sunday & Public Holidays. Please call on day of arrival should you need to arrive after this time. Keys will not be issued until contact is made with Reception. A phone is located outside reception entrance. Upon picking up the phone it will automatically dial through to an operator who will then assist with check-in.
Car parking:The resort has free secure parking under the building. Also has a visitor parking area for friends of guests.
Child Policy:Children under 3 years of age are free if no bedding required

Great position for relaxing with views over the boardwater. Self contained and a homey feeling.
Great location and the accomodation was extremely clean. No disappointments at all. More than even expected. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone, single family or retirees. All facilities needed are close by. Better option than staying right in Surfers it self.
