Royal Palm is an ABSOLUTE BEACHFRONT resort. We offer a unique family holiday, located on the golden sands of Palm Beach. Panoramic Ocean views from all balconies. Northern facing balconies have uninterrupted views of Surfers Paradise skyline while southern facing balconies take in the tranquillity of Currumbin Estuary. Hinterland views can also be enjoyed from the most northern and southern facing units. Royal Palm Resort has a 4 Star AAA rating. This resort is equipped with video surveillance and underground security parking is provided. The Resort has a variety of recreational facilities such as a Full size Tennis Court, ½ Court, heated open air Spa, Sauna, Gymnasium, Mini Putt, Games Room and Barbeques. Our beautiful pool, one of the largest on the Gold Coast is the perfect place to cool off .The pool has a waterfall and waterslide and is set in lush tropical gardens. Two bedroom fully self-contained apartments, with full en-suite. We also have a 3-bedroom apartment that has its own sauna and rooftop spa. Getting there:Royal Palm Resort is only 6 kilometres from Coolangatta Airport, and two minutes from the Pacific Motorway. We are situated on the corner of Laceys Lane & Gold Coast Hwy. A Bus Stop is siutated at the front of the building with a service running every 15 minutes.

An older resort with no fixed fans or aircon and low ceilings. Wonderful coastal views to Surfers from the two balconies. Resort is virtually on the beach. It has wide u/g parking bays but with very difficult access to bottom level. You need a car to get to the larger shops and restaurants. Hardly central, Surfers is about 12km away. Our 2 bed 2 bathroom unit was good value. All facilities were modern and inc 2 TVs dvd and cd players. We were there in July and needed to keep the windows open. I think it would be uncomfortable in Summer.
Great family unit for either a weekend or a longer holiday.
We were very well looked after. The facilities were great and first class. For what we paid, we were extremely blessed. We have three children and found it very family friendly.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there that much that I didnt want to leave. The girls at the front desk were absolutely great. We hope to go back soon.
Great location if you want somewhere quiet for the family, close to Currumbin wildlife park. The pool was fantastic and great beach views from the balcony. The apartment was modern and very well appointed (but no aircon).

These apartments are a wonderful surprise. Great pool that backs onto the beach. The apartment was huge. All ammenities including good laundry and DVD player. Perhaps it would need air conditioning in the really hot season. Friendly staff. Palm Beach is a fair distance from main Gold Coast attrractions, so a car is advised. Stores within walking distance are basic. The benefit is that you have a less frantic place to stay. An excellent place to stay.
Nice big apartment with very good view on the coast. Building is slightly old, but well maintained. Price is very reasonable and it is definitely worth the money! I will stay there the next time!
The hotel and staff were fabulous!! Upon check-in the staff went out of their way to be sure we had everything we needed and gave us lots of ideas for the area. The hotel is directly on the beach with an great swimming pool and slide for children. It is about a 20 minute drive to Surfers Paradise but the drive is an enjoyable one.
Only there one day but staff very cheerful and helpful. Great views and ammenties great. Will return. Thanks for the opportunity to visit.

Right on the beach with a superb lagoon style pool. spa and sauna. The building is probably about 15-20 years old, but the apartments are first class with ocean views. The staff are friendly and very helpful.
I would stay again the aprt was spacious, clean and excellent view. THE CAR PARKING IS TERRIBLE UNDER THE BLDG VERY DARK AND AWFUL. Oherwise great!!!!!!!

We had a lovely spacious apartment high up with fabulous views. We would recommend the Resort as the pool and other facilities kept the kids happy and it was nice being away from the melee of Surfers Paradise. There are a couple of nice little restaurants and cafes nearby too!
The apartment was newly refurbished with great decor new applicances. Very roomy accommodation and great views of ocean and pool. Facilities were great with secure parking, gym, games room etc. Overall great place to stay for a family

It was a fantastic place to stay. Facilities, services and especially the pricing were great. Access to the beach was absolute luxury. We practically had the beach to ourselves. Definitely recommend to anyone.
