The Royal Park Albatros Resort is perfectly positioned within the lush expanses of the 7-hole championship golf course, Golf del Sur, in the south of the sunny island of Tenerife. The resort consists of 160 apartments, majority with great views to the large outdoor swimming pool with cascading waterfall and the beautifully landscaped tropical gardens. Facilities include: Adults and Children's Pool, Restaurant and nearby Beach and Golf Courses. Royal Park Albatros offers its clients the comforts of a 24hour reception providing money exchange, car rental, safes and excursions etc. There is a large satellite TV lounge, restaurant with "a la carte" or buffet menu. 3 bars, daily entertainment, live music, supermarket, a large pool for adults and children. Plus tennis, golf, surfing of all types and a championship standard lawn bowling green right next door.

Getting there:
Follow signs for Adeja/Los Cristianos (TF1). Take junction 62 signposted Los Abrigos. Continue on this road and then follow signs for Golf del Sur. Once in Golf del Sur, follow the one way system where you will find Royal Park Albatros on your right hand side (resort is known as 'Albatros'). Please note there is an airport in the north (Los Rodeos) approximately 70kms from the resort.

First..as for question 3, I am still in travel mode and won't be home till next week. So I'll say no because I haven't gotten the card yet, but I assume it will be waiting for me when I get home. Now about the Albatros. Honestly it was lovely. The room surprized me. I was not expecting such a beautiful well decorated room. I did not get down to the resturant to try it but the wine bar in the lobby is very nice. The best part of the Albatros is the staff. The porter Eddy is a sweetie, always smiling and willing to help even if it is just helping me with my shopping up the stairs. The housekeeping staff were quick and perfect. If I had a complaint it would be one that the hotel could not do anything about it. The balconey I had did not get any sun. It was such a lovely balconey I would have loved laying out in the sun on it and enjoying it more. I will be returning to Tenerife and the Albatros next year.

Although we were only staying the one night I was quite impressed. The apartment was very clean and in my opinion would be ideal for longer stays as it was very well equiped. The hotel staff were very courteous. I would have no hesitation in staying at this porpoerty again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay on the golf.
