A wonderful hotel surrounded with great shopping. It will be good if breakfast is included.
Very nice hotel with great facilities. Getting to and from the hotel to the shopping and transport complex across the road is a challenge. But ok once you've worked it out. Hotel is in Sha Tin in the New Territories which requires a bit of effort to get to Hong Kong City or Kowloon. But it can be fun working out how the metro works. Takes about 20 minutes to get to Kowloon. If you want to be in the heart of HK this is not the hotel for you. But if you want to be a little out of the action this is a great hotel.
Room size around 330 square feet with 2 single beds. All rooms are elegantly decorated with amenities such as TV, in-room movie service, mini bar, work desk and boardband internet access. The room accommodates one or two persons. For a third person in the room, a rollaway bed (folding bed) will be added. There is no charge for third person who is 12 years of age or under, otherwise a rollaway bed charge will be HK$330 per night.

Great hotel and as we had business appointments in the area it suited us well. A courtesey bus takes you down town so no problem there! Some extra hooks, shelves and towel racks in the bathroom would be very helpful! All in all a lovely place to stay!
Stayed in Royal Park many times, like it coz the hotel was renovated during the Olympic. Location is a littel far to the city but it's not that inconvienent as you can walk through the Mall and travel by KCR to Mongkok or Tsimshatsui. Traveling to Shenzhen is very easy from Shatin. This is a good hotel which I feel really comfortable (a little of a back to home feeling probably coz I stayed there so many times). Only problem is the pillows, they are too big and a little too high for my comfort. Highly recommeded for sure and I will stay again!
Conveniently connected with a big shopping mall. Big room by Hong Kong standard. Suitable for family with children.
This is not my 1st time staying in Royal Park. If you are in HK for short stay and priority is to shop/dine, location of this hotel might not be ideal but if you are planning for Shenzhen then this will be a good choice :) Overall good hotel but housekeeping needs to be improved!
Love to stay there again coz it's really worth the money. It just located right next to the New Town Plaza. you can go to Kowloon by train or shuttle bus. Very convenient

One of the largest room in HK you can get at this price range! The room is clean and recently renovated. The bed is big and firm. We enjoy staying at this hotel with good shopping center nearby. Walking distance to Shatin KCR station. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

We love the fact that it was connected to a mall and the mall was connected to the MTR even if the location was really far from the main city.Free bottled water was given daily. Request for extra towel and pillows were given with a smile each night. Cleaning was also done daily. Twin bed room size was just right and roomview on top of pool was nice (we just didnt bring swimsuits because the online advisory said it was still being renovated). Room had enough space for kids to run and since we booked 2 rooms, request to open door dividing the rooms was granted. The only problem was that the tv doesnt have any cartoon channel. Over-all it was a great value hotel considering the rate of only $580++ HKD a night. Given a chance, i will go back to the hotel specially if HBO and cartoon network will be available. [your website] is so convenient - all the ratings were accurate to reality.
