"The room which i was given was so small and there was no mini bar in the room. The breakfast was ok as it was a hot breakfast. The hotel staff was cooperative in arranging the site seeing tours for me. But as the room was too small, i think that the pricing is a little high." - HANSAL MODI

"I would have appreciated a smile from the people at the reception when i checked out and also the feeling of courtesy from the person who handed me back my luggage left in the storeroom - what i got was the feeling that i was bothering them.....
the check in was nicer: the young man who greeted me was not only extremely good looking, but also very polite and professional.
the breackfast was delivered in the room in good time and the room was clean. it is my third stay there and i will go again. fingers crossed!" - Anonymous
"Staff were unhelpful, no internet facilities, mini bar did not work, hairdryer did not work, were not helpful when asked to be moved to room with working facilities..apparently none had working facilities, had to wake the barman when we needed ice, breakfast limited, and had to ask them to light burners under warm items, did not restock items as customers depleted it, were accosted by jewellery peddlers in lobby. Great location did not make up for shortcomings!!" - Anonymous
