Apartment are great, well designed and large. Stayed on the executive floor, the service staff in the executive floor lounge provide good service and nice place for entertaining guests. Taxis are a little shortage to go to town. It will be good if hotel have shuttle bus running to town and back.
Great suite but location is nestled admist low price housing.

FOr the price and facilities this is a good hotel. Location is tis minus as it is 5 minutes cab from everything. If you don;t mind taking the cab it should be a good place good price deal.
The hotel is a little away from the main tourist highlights but the suite was great, well appointed and very spacious. Balcony and views over city. Would definately stay there again.

The staff went out of their way to assist me with a city concern, really appreciated. Thought the restaurant was very good and plan to go back to stay. Only 14 RMB to Luo Hu by taxi but also an easy walk if location is a concern.
plumbing leaves a bit to be desired .very helpful staff , laundry service was superb in fact the lady was waiting for us to collect our washing , I would return to this hotel fantastic room size , the list of items in the room and prices if broken or stolen made a good read !!!
My family stayed in the executive suite for 4 nights and generally, we were pleased with hotel and the service. The apartment was well furnished, the service staff was very attentive and helpful in providing information about where to visit in Shenzhen. The location is indeed a distance away from the major attractions in Shenzhen, but taxi fares are still affordable. It costs about 60-70 yuan to get to Windows of the World. From the Luowu and Dongmen shopping districts, it costs about 15 yuan. There is a market (selling lots of women's clothing) located about 5-10 mins walk opposite the hotel, and if you are willing to walk a bit longer, there is a Wal-Mart further up. Along the way, there are many eateries, hair salons and massage parlors.
The hotel is very comfortable and clean and the staff are very polite and helpful.
