"The hotel is brand new. It has a nice view of the "Ting-Kou" bridge. The rooms are nicely decorated and there is a beach very close by.
Most of the taxi drivers do not know about the hotel. If you are taking a taxi from the airport (costs around 200 USD) tell the driver you want to go to Castle Peak Road, between Tsuen Wan and Sham Tseng.
Hotel provides free shuttle bus to Tsuen Wan MTR, Tsing-Yi airport express and TST. I found the public Mini-van is also very convenient. Just walk across Castle Peak road and you can flag down a van to Tsen Wan MTR and Jordon (Kowloon).
a 10 min taxi drive away is the famous town for roastec duck - Sham Tseng. You can consult with the Congiere if interested." - PEILAN HSU
"I was very impressed with this hotel. Even though it is al little out of the way, getiing the A31 bus and then a taxi is an easy enough way from the airport. The staff are friendly, the facilites are very up to date and clean and there are courtesy shuttle buses to different places from the hotel regularly. The breakfast buffet on the second floor was also wonderful." - Matthew Hammond
"Hotel is extremely new. For the price they are offering, this is definitely a hotel worth staying. However, I need to stress that its literally miles from anywhere.
And another personal note. There was definitely hardly anyone staying at the hotel, cause I hardly saw anyone in the morning, and anyone going in and out of lifts... my point is ... I booked a Standard Room. And wanted a ocean view. Hotel said its upon request. And I asked around (housekeeping), and there were plenty of rooms available, but Hotel refused to give me the ocean view.
Hotel probably wants us to pay for the view. Just thought that since no one is in the room, would not hurt to let us Standard Room bookers have a taste of the good view." - Stanley So
"It's a very good hotel, very clean, new and nice design, a lot of free facilities(free usage of swimming pool,gym room and sauna,but I didn't have the time to try them out),good service and very worth it. However it's a little bit far from city, but free shuttle provided to TsuenWan MTR station and TsimShaTsui. I think it will be better if the frequency of the free shuttle is improved and the service time is extended. " - Sook Yee Ng

From HK International Airport to Hotel by taxi:
By taxi at approximate HKD250 per single trip per car.
From HK International Airport to Hotel by Public bus:
Take "A31" from Airport (Ground transportation centre) to Tsuen Wan (Discovery Park Bus Terminus) at HKD17 per person per single trip, then transfer by taxi to Royal View Hotel at approximate HKD40 per single trip per car.
From Tsuen Wan MTR station by car:
- Follow signs for Belvedere Garden then Ting Kau.
- Turn into Hoi On Road from the roundabout and drive along Castle Peak Road
- Continue onto Ting Kau from the conjunction of Hoi On Road and Castle Peak Road.
- After passing The Bay Bridge, keep to the left and continue straight to the hotel for one kilometre.
