The Royal Windsor is in a great location and is a very good hotel, certainly I would recommend it. It is however a bit pricey and if you are a regular visitor to Brussels for work this may not be the best option.

Once a high class hotel, which has a perfect location, however its rooms need on several points (ie bathrooms) an urgent upate. Despite that still recommended for its location.

I stay at the Royal Windsor regularly because of its convenient location, excellent service and quality food. Highly recommended.

Very good hotel, excellent location. The room is all right but the badroom is too small, not worth 5 stars. For lunch and dinner, this hotel only has a small and not very good restaurant, with bad service. Breakfast is excellent, served in a very nice room. Our overall appreciation is very good.

This hotel is in an excellent location! The staff was very polite from the moment we checked in and the concierge was kind enought to recommend and make a dinner reservation at a fabulous restaurant for us. At 27 euro per person, the hotel breakfast was quite pricey. Thank goodness for the buy one get one free voucher that we received at check-in. I recommend asking for one if you don't automatically receive it, as the buffet was fabulous and worth a visit. The hotel room was very nice, a little small but comfortable, and the bathroom could use a little updating. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we would stay here again.

A lovely hotel, friendly staff and an excellent location, minutes from Grand Place, but on a side street so not overwhelmed by the noise.

We were given an upgrade upon arrival which was very nice. A few comments regarding the room, as e.g. one of the electrical plugs wasn't fixed properly to the wall, and the curtains were fixed in such a way that morning daylight would fall right onto the head cussions (no problem in winter but maybe uncomfortable during summer times re early wake-up). All in all we very much enjoyed the stay, and the personnel was extremely pleasant and helpful. To recommend absolutely.

I used the room service to get a menu for breakfast, I was missing some items so I called to claim them, the person who attended me was far from polite blamming me for not requesting the items myself, when in fact I was ordering a set up menu, he did not appologized, I did not expect this treat in a 5 start hotel. By reception they were clearly missing staff to take care of the suitcases, there was only one person, obviously stress out. In terms of room condition, the shower was loosing water by the tap and all bathroom end up full of water everywhere, there was one missing bulb, there was a whole left on the ceiling, then again we are talking of a five start hotel otherwise I would not bother about this details, but sometimes you just want to get a special treatment and that's why you upgrade your holidays, no?

This hotel was worth taking for its nice location just close to the Grand Place. I had to ask for an option to change room after first night because of all night on-going noise - the room was opposite to the casino. They reacted immediately and the second night I didn´t hear anything - if you want to sleep, ask for a room in backside of the hotel. I didn´t use any other services so it is hard to evaluate them.... With much lowered price through [Your website] worth doing, with normal price not that fascinating.

This is not a 5 star hotel. It's more like an average 4 star. Upon checking in, we were sent to a room which already had people in it! Reception were very embarrassed about this. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was probably one of the best I've ever experienced. It had absolutely everything you could think of. Location was perfect. Lots of restaurants within 5 minute walk.

For a hotel of this class many rooms need a radical upgrading to improve fittings and fabrics. Outstanding location and good service to some extent compensate. Residual smell of cigarettes in room on non-smoking floor.

As a leading hotel of the world I think there should be complimentary bottled water in all rooms, we were told in standard rooms this is not provided. There was alot of noise from the street and casino opposite the front of hotel making sleep difficult some nights. Breakfast is completely self service. Some details were overlooked for example we had to ask for robes & slippers. However the beds are very comfortable and we have been spoiled as we are regular visiters to Killarney Park Hotel in Southern Ireland which I think is impossible to beat! We had a very nice stay at Royal Windsor and location is great.

The hotel has recently been refurbished but the rooms - even the superior variety - are extremely small. They also lack natural light. The breakfast is very good and offers a wide selection to choose from. Staff were extremely helpful.
