RT Rezydent Hotel Krakow

In a wonderfully central situation with a good restaurant for breakfast, but we were put in an annex which was in desperate need of updating and with no visible fire escape. Some other guests were extremely noisy,partying in their rooms throughout the night and there was no night porter in the annex to keep check on their activities. The hotel reception was situated several doors away down the main street. Would probably not stay there again.

The hotel was clean and the room was huge. Not much of a view at the back of the hotel but it didn't seem to matter. Staff were very friendly and always polite and helpful. Situated a stones throw from the main square it was ideal for getting anywhere. Breakfast was 3 or 4 doors up the street in a restaurant, which seemed odd at first but we got used to it each morning. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, frankfurters, boiled eggs, meat, cheese, rolls, bread/toast and cereals and juice. Very adequate. Use Peters taxi service available through the hotel, for any visits you wish to make - A family man who was extremely helpful and informative. All in all I would recommend this hotel if you want a clean, friendly and well situated hotel and if you don't mind missing the 'extras' such as a fridge in the room, a bar in the hotel, etc that other hotels could supply. I would use this hotel again.

very pleased with the room and location, would use again, we had room in main hotel in the back.

The room was dissapointing. It was too long! Also we had a bath, with a shower attachment that could have done with a curtain or screen. Also the rooms are very noisy, we heard the neighbours snoring everynight, and the double entrance doors were banged closed. The side we stayed in had no lift, and we had to carry our bags up three floors, they have a porter but he wasn't available.

The hotel was in an excellent location and the breakfast was very nice, but we were on the 5th floor with no lift, which wasn't so nice! The bedroom was quite basic but apart from these things its a nice hotel in a great location so would recommend it

The location is good if you want to stay near the market square. I stayed there in January and even with closed window there was some noise from the street. But you are two steps from the squre and nor far from the castle. And it is possible to walk from the railwaystation - if you dont have e heavy suitcase, that is. The price was also good. How it would be in the middle of summer, I am not so sure. The carpets were filthy and my (non-smoking) room smelled of sigarettes and must. But the breakfast was superb!! It was served in a next-door reastaurant. I would stay there again - in winter! They advertise with minibar, but it was only a minifridge.

excellent location and very friendly and helpfull staff. we booket two taxi throught the hotel to take us out for the day, the drivers could not do enought for us they were so nice and friendly.

The hotel is located just off the Market Square, we were given an apartment rather than a room so had sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, no problem with space and it was very quiet and private. There was no central heating but a biggish fan heater was provided which could be left on during the day so that there was heat upon return. Good value for money.

Very good hotel. Superb Buffet breakfast, friendly reception/ staff, great location right at the very center of Krakow, good basic room which was cleaned daily, Very pleasant stay. Superb breakfast and a small bar/ outdoor area serving polish and european food - Very nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone- although for anyone although there is no lift (4 or 5 floors high) . Nice traditional hotel in traditional Cracovia buildings.

The one thing this hotel lacks is a lift, and as we were on the top floor we had 86 steps to climb every time to get to our room. This could be a real problem to some people.

Breakfasts were wonderful. The staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. The location is perfect if you want to be in walking distance to the Market Square (out the front door) and even the Castle (a 10 minute walk). It was quiet and clean and the room was very spacious.
