Turn right onto Buckingham Palace Road and follow road for approximately 100 metres where you will arrive at your destination. By Car If you are travelling to the hotel by car and would like directions and nearby parking facilities, please contact our concierge team by phone, fax or email and we will give you exact directions. Car parking facilities are available nearby in the form of NCP pay parking. Please note that central London operates a Congestion Charge zone between the hours of 7am-6.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Buses There are several bus stops near to the hotel. If you are travelling by bus please contact our concierge team directly who will be able to provide you with directions to the hotel.

enjoyed this hotel very much, excellent British service, staff couldn't do enough to make your stay pleasant. Excellent breakfast. Good central location and It was a treat to be able to open the window at night. Free in room internet. Great value and we highly recommend staying here. This will be our preferred hotel for future visits.
Excellent hotel and first class service. All staff were very attentive and welcoming. The room was spotless and perfectly appointed; shower was excellent. Great location over looking the Royal Mews, also perfect for the high quality shops of St James's street, Sloan square etc. The food in the restaurants is of a high standard (even down to the bacon butties, which are to die for.) Victoria tube station is only a moments walk away, providing endless possibilities for sight seeing, and an easy link direct from Kings Cross Station. All in all a wonderful hotel, which some may feel is on the expensive side, but for the service and facilities it offers excellent value for money.
Good Hotel in a good location. Just check your bill mine was double what it should have been - it was immediately rectified when I queried it, but it seems odd.....
Our stay at Ruben's At The Palace hotel was fantastic, we had a brilliant time everything was just perfect, we would certainly stay again.
