"Overall I and my family (wife & 20-yr-old and 15-yr-old daughters) were very pleased with the hotel and especially with the service. Only minus was the laundry-service. Two shirts to laundry and a shirt to iron took 2 ½ days to deliver it back i.e. too late in 4 nights stay.
