well located hotel, very lively, not for a quiet weekend or children, pleasant staff, good food, well priced.
Perfect location for going out & shopping.I stayed with 2 other girls.Wouldnt be the place for a romantic weekend but grand for a group going out espec with the location.Noise not as bad as people were saying in other reviews although you could hear people leaving the club but the hotel supplies ear plugs!overall, very good value for money in great location.

Huge, well appointed rooms, more like a mini suite, great location, breakfasts were great, and breakfast staff were very pleasent. Receptionist on arival was a surly teenager who couldn't have been any less welcoming. Be prepared to have to explain yourself every time you return to the hotel on weekend evenings, Hotel has a nightclub attached and 'Door Staff' were rude, agressive and wont let you in to the hotel unless he can find your name on a crumpled up piece of paper retrieved from his pocket. Potentially a fantastic small hotel
Reception staff very helpful Rooms facing the street are very noisy - Harcourt Street has several nightclubs
It' noisey at night so if you're looking for someplace quite it may not be for you.
Budget hotel. Would never stay here again. Window was open and stuck. Wallpaper, carpet and furniture could all be replaced. Only good thing about this hotel is the location. Very noisy too because of the nightclubs but we were already warned about this.
we have stayed here before and our room this time was much more spacious although the windows did not open and we had to get the maintenance man to come and turn off the heating. good hotel for party weekends not suitable for early nights as the bars and clubs are open until 3 or 4 am. would stay here again is an easy walk to grafton street and temple bar areas.
Have stayed here a few times. Always good. Breakfast great.
This hotel maintains a high standard and the rooms are spacious. We will no doubt stay at the Russell Court again.
The hotel needs a make over. There is very poor lighting in the rooms so much so that you can not read. The bed is uncomfortable. There is absolutely no internet access in the hotel and the TV has very limited channels - less than they say so.
Nice, flash looking hotel that was well priced during our stay (October). Situated above a number of nightclubs on harcourt st (krystle and bojangles are directly below the hotel) so it's pretty loud at night. Conveniently located if you want to party however.
Breakfast is very basic.
The club inthe evenings is very loud. They have a club on either side of the hotel so it doenst matter where your room is you will still hear it. However they do offer free ear plugs which work pretty well.
Great Hotel, two females stayed here and we felt safe. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Overall, a great experience. I would definately stay at this hotel again.
My 2nd time in this hotel. Didn't notice the last time but the price of the drink increased later in the evening. All pints €6.00!!!!!!! Please note they do stress it's noisy due to nightclub, it really is, you would not get much sleep before 3.00a.m.
My only fault was my room was directly above the disco which went on to 3am. I think this should have been mentioned when booking.
the rooms are all individually styled very comfortable we found them bigger than the norm excellent hotel a little noisy on a Saturday but anywhere you stay in Dublin is noisy on a Saturday so we did not find this a problem I would stay there again
Russell Court Dublin : Location can get noisy but this is a price of being in the city - in general very pleased with Hotel & facilities.
I stayed in this hotel only two weeks ago at the front of the hotel, looking onto the street, which even though the room was smaller was less noisier than staying at the back of hotel which is where we were this time. You would have to have severe hearing problems not to hear the thump thump music coming from the nightclub below. Our beds might as well have been in the nightclub, and believe me its far from old I am. Not to mention that on the Sunday night we were trying for 15mins at round 3am to get into the hotel, I was not happy with this either. You have a choice here, stay at front of hotel and listen to noise from street or stay at back of hotel and listen to nightclub. Personally I will not be staying here again.
this is not a hotel if your looking for peace and quiet, it is fine if you are going to be out late yourself as there is a lot of noise until the early hours of the morning. did find reception staff not very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, but overall it suited our needs completely
