I have stayed here before but now it has been taken over Rydges it is still very good the only real complaint I had was that the bed was very uncomfortable
Great location in main street of Albury. In walking distance to clubs, restaurants and shopping. Hotel in need of a little refurbishment however room that we had was updated with plenty of space. Reception and cleaning staff very professional and friendly. Have stayed before and would stay again.
A very comfortable and friendly hotel with close amnities to the CBD and the Commercial Club is across the road. Dean street is the main shopping street
Very nice room on the 7th Floor not the best of views though. Restaurant dinner lovely Front counter staff very friendly and polite. Have stayed here before and I would stay again Hotel handy to clubs and shopping.
The refurbished bedroom was quite nice but the bathroom only had a shower curtain so I think it needs refurbishing too to come up to 4 stars. I made the booking on line and an hour later went to the hotel and my booking had been printed out and waiting for me which I thought was really good.
Good place to stay. We were on the 3rd floor and the only problem was the road noise was quite loud.
Very good location , rooms are very spacious all the staff are very friendly furniture a bit old though. I would stay there again .
very pleased with the facility.
the rooms are now old fashioned and in need of some updating. some work has been done a while ago , but we always seem to get the old rooms.
While the rooms and their furnishings have been modernised, as well as the carpets on the guest floors, the Lobby and reception area (and side passageways) are extremely shabby and badly in need of a refurbishment. This latter point detracts from the overall impression of this hotel and its once superior status.
Stayed on the refurbished "Executive" floor. Extremely comfortable and good value accommodation. Staff extremely friendly and efficient, which always makes a vast difference. I will stay here again. I am a business visitor to this region.
the faciliaties are really old.
great location - great value for money - clean and comfotable - spacious rooms
The manager on duty at checkout was very good knew the way to treat people, overall the overnight stay was excellent
Meal Service was good, with a good range of dishes on the menu
Regulars - best location and helpful staff. Old Travelodge floor plan so rooms a reasonable size.
Lovely hotel with friendly staff, nice pool area, clean rooms. Great location, across the road from the Commercial Club which has restaurants (if you don't want to eat at the hotel) and gaming room. Also across from Italian restaurant Cafe Victor. Would stay there again.
Hotel o.k., only real complain is for breakfast, price/quality ratio is not right.
