"My room was quite small but modern. The location is excellent as you are minutes walk from the city center and local attractions. " - Anonymous
"Clean and pleasant hotel ... very helpful staff" - Anonymous
"Generally good - got a good rate - Few negatives - the Internet connection could not connect to the www and the engineer could not get it working - but I guess they will solve that - Bit shocked by the standard 1000 check out - still put in a request and they allowed me to check out at 1200; House bar closed at 2228 - one guy was drinking at the bar and there was someone still behind the bar but would not serve us a drink - I expect a house bar to be open later than that - in fact at a reasonable time I expect duty staff to serve probably up to midnight (if within the law). Water pressure in shower was not great - maybe they are on a green programme and if so that is OK by me. Other than that nice room - great beds, quiet in room during the night i.e. no city noise - there was some work going on during the day (again probably temporary) - I would probably go back again as it suits needs and issues were minor, were accomodated or will probably improve with minor effort." - Peter Clareburt
"I really enjoyed the stay. Great location and great service. Would like to have stayed longer!" - Helen Terry
