Handy location, great restaurant, comfy beds, very friendly staff, wouldn't stay any where else when in this part of Sydney

Very pleasant and effecient checkin, quick checkout and was more than adequate.

This hotel was ideally located for our trips to Olympic Park. It had the best beds, but unfortunately the worst shower ! Relatively quiet given the location, on site parking was a bonus.

This hotel was clean. Friendly staff and reasonably priced breakfast. Bed was extremely comfortable. Very close to food outlets. A very nice experience especially for the price of the room.

have found a huge cockroach on the bathroom floor, when informed the receptionist she with a smile mentioned "eeh one of these...happens all the time". not at all an answer you wish to hear.

Booked in and the room was beautiful. However when evening came I found that the desk light did not work and one of the bedside lights were playing up. Despite this, the bed was very comfortable and everything else was of a high standard. Would stay there again.

Bed comfortable. Bathroom needs updating. Tiles old and some mould in grout. While breakfast was included in package, information had not been passed to restaurant.

Rooms comfortable and modern. Only downside not walking distance to any shops/restaurants.

This hotel was perfect for our overnight stay. The staff were efficient and helpful.The hotel was very quiet.The only disadvantage was it was a bit further than we had expected from the nearest train line.

Great stay. Nice, comfortable and clean room and bathroom. Of note however, is the travel time to Sydney central, which is about 25-30 minutes by car.

Excellent value for money, the hotel was surprisingly quiet inside, couldn,t hear much traffic noise, reception check in was handled very quickly and was well organised, as was check out. Would definately stay here again. A.... A.C.T

By 'bad' service, I mean there was no clear commitment to providing service to the 4-star rating that it has on the [your website] site. I would not rate this hotel at more than 3.5 stars, and probably only 3-star. It has good facilities but they let that down on the service side.

Excellent room service food and an excellent breakfast.

My wife and I appreciated very much the front desk lady's prompt and pleasant service immediately allocating our room even we arrived much earlier than the check-in time, ie 0930am on 10 June 2006. Overall my wife and I rate the hotel service highly including newspaper service, and our feeling for the hotel pleasant. On another matter, would it be better to guide customers driving a car to enter the Hume Highway entrance immediately after passing Strickland Street?
