"everything was pretty standard, nice and normal. rooms were nice and spacious. no lifts, so not good for those who can't carry luggage up flights of stairs ie elderly or people with back, knee, hip problems etc.. biggest issue was when we requested clean sheets, we returned about 11pm after being out all day sightseeing to find sheets folded on our bed and had to make the bed ourselves!!! this was a first and not very impressive at all!!!" - Anonymous
