"Generally we were happy with our stay, the only issues were that it was initially hard to find the hotel from the street at night. It was well set back behind a lush garden. Pedestrians arriving or leaving have to walk up or down this narrow, windy road and there is danger from incoming cars - an accident waiting to happen. The in-room cable internet charges were excessive, but relieved by a free in-lobby wireless access. " - Anonymous
"I'd booked in to attend City 2 Surf. As a result of terrible traffic getting back to the hotel, I was an hour and a half late past checkout. The staff on reception at Rydges bent over backwards to accommodate me and didn't even charge any extra for the late check out. Wonderful, understanding staff.
