Getting there:Located on McLaren Street, between Miller and Walker Street, off Pacific Highway. If driving from city, (over Harbour Bridge) turn left at North Sydney exit, follow Pacific Highway and take the first right into Walker Street. Keep going up over Berry Street and turn left into McLaren Street.

The staff and service were outstanding. The room was good, with a great view. Only a ten minute walk to North Sydney station, but plenty of taxis around too. I would go back for all the reasons above, but mainly because we were made to feel so welcome.
This was a booking for our wedding night and the staff were extreamly friendly and did everything in their power to ensure we had a great time! This included a free upgrade!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was supposed to have had an upgrade, but needed a major revamp of the bathroom. Very close to my work location, but would not recommend this hotel.
Refreshing service from manager and her staff, even trainees. Came upon two rooms of deficient air conditioning, and was moved to a well-working room of a great bed and good facilities. Well recommending.
In a quiet part of North sydney with easy access to the city. Very reasonably priced.
The hotel was excellent value for money. It was centrally located yet in a quiet part of Sydney. I cycled easily to the harbour bridge and over it. Busses to Wynyard were easily reached and frequent. It was close to shops. The arrangement with Fitness First gym worked well. I loked the underground parking with lift access to the hotel.
Clean and peaceful that's what I want
Staff were courteous although took some encouraging to follow up on a taxi. They asked for payment for parking but when I mentioned this had never been stated backed down. Would stay there again because it is a convenient location.

Found the hotel to be very good. Have stayed in alot of hotels around the world. Would stay again if visiting Sydney. A 10 minute walk to the railway station which was one stop from the harbour bridge and 3 stops to the centre of the city.
Exhause fan needed in bathroom. Noise from room above - sounded like someone doing dance type excercise to a vidoe
What a "classy" hotel. I took my wife there for a surprise birthday present. We could not have been more impressed with the WHOLE package. congratulations RYDGES
The hotel is very tired. My room was very musty. Needed airing. Room service meal very average.
Lovely hotel and fantastic location for my meetings in North Sydney. Will definitely stay again and will recommend to others.
quite rundown hotel: old-carpeted rooms still have the leftover cigarettes' smoke smell, old bathrooms (moldy tiles, wobbly taps, etc.) - but... they have built a new bar downstairs!!! well, better than nothing... :-) staff is very pleasant & helpful!!!
One bedroom suite very spacious and comfortable for two adults and two young children. Nice quiet room and location excellent.
Room was very small - did not think this was four star hotel - needs a little more updating. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bar was great.
