"Single rooms rooms are compact but beautifully refurbished and well equipped. Location is excellent, providing an easy walk to Kensington gardens, Harrods and Hyde park. I found my room very quiet, enabling a good night sleep. The adjoining restaurant is superb. Frequent flyer points too and overseas phone calls provided without additional surcharges!
