"The hotel itself was very nice, but our room was a bit old and worn looking for the price we paid. We were right by the pool which was quite good, but it seemed that everytime someone outside or on our floor ran water, the sound of the water pipes roared through our room. My parnter was up from about 5.30am both mornings we were there because he couldn't sleep through all the noise. Luckily i'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't wake me, but once i was up it was very annoying." - Rebecca Staples

Queenstown’s largest hotel is just a 5-minute flat walk along the Lakefront to the centre of town; with the airport only a 10-minute scenic drive away.
With 255 rooms, we have a variety of room types to suit all.
225 of our rooms have spectacular views over Lake Wakatipu to the Remarkables.

Getting there: Flying into Queenstown is an experience all in itself; once you have flown alongside the Southern Alps you will get a preview of the beautiful scenery of the Southern Lakes area - from the snow capped mountains to the glistening lakes.
