Great resort, good facilities and good food as well.

Service Excellent, Rooms Good Size, Close enough to everything Resturant on Site Good Value for Money. No Traffic Sounds, Nice Surrounds

Nice surroundings - food and bar service very good. Meals at dinner and breakfast acceptable standard and good value for money. Room a bit tatty, but overall of a good standard with a good spa and other amenities. We would return on another visit to the Sunshine Coast.

We spent 10 days at the resort, and intend to stay there again on our next visit to the Sunshine Coast. It has a pleasant ambience; the sub-tropical gardens are well kept, and the lily pond made eating on the restaurant/bar deck a most enjoyable experience. The food itself was good, and well prepared and presented, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The accommodation was comfortable and was kept well serviced and clean. The pool and other leisure amenities are enough for those who wish to stay put, but Caloundra's lovely beaches are just a short drive away.

We had a nice time at the Rydges. The room was clean and quite a good size. The air conditioner didn't work but since it wasn't that hot, we didn't mention it to the staff. The pool was lovely although the wooden decking was almost burning underfoot as it had so many layers of lacquer on it. Breakfast had a good range of dishes although an extra choice of vegetables would have been nice. We didn't know about the guest laundry and when we found it, there was no washing powder available. I would happily stay at this hotel again and I would also recommend it to my friends.

needed a quite break and you supplied was an excelent stay will return when time allows.

My husband & I stayed 3 nights, in a room with a kitchenette. We found the room very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The price included breakfast and this was good. The setting was lovely and we enjoyed the birds and the fish in the pond. Good value, we will come again.

A shrt walk to Golden Beach. Nice pool area. Lovely grounds. Quiet. Great value. Shame that the pool bar is closed on Sundays - seems a little odd. Last time we were there was in 2003 - enjoyed it then and enjoyed in again in 2011. I'm not sure that I would ever pay full price for it, but if you can get a special deal - go for it!

The room was basic, and looking a bit worn, but the location is fantastic. I loved the garden setting all around, the private patio space, and the breakfast is excellent. Sitting on a cool verandah, beside the lake, with a marvellous buffet breakfast and smiling service each morning was tops in my estimation. Will definitely book again.

Beautiful idyllic setting amongst lovely tropical gardens. Service and catering were excellent quality. Would return without hesitation.

The rooms were spacious with 2 king size beds, & a spa bath. Great location to shops , club & beaches. plenty of car parking close to the building. We would save here again.

Very lovely resort, the pool was great, with a hot SPA, the poolside restaurant is great, we have breakfast there while we swim in the pool. the amenties are great - they are organic. good services, friendly staff. good place for a weekend escape!

The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The room was immaculate when we arrived. The onsite restaurant and bar provided a variety of dining experiences with a lovely outlook of the pond. It was in a good location close to everything. I would gladly stay in this hotel again.

The Hotel is well situated in Caloundra but a little dated. The restaurant was excellent and we both raved about our meals.

Great beds, great pillows, generous sized room but maintenance was an issue. Ceiling light was out, tissue box was empty, toilet cistern ran water and did not shut off until you thumped it. The hallway smelled of mould. Handled all of that because of a restful night's sleep.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay. Rooms were comfortable. We were within 5 minutes walk to Coles and 15 minnutes walk to the main shopping strip.. We would stay there again...

Clean room with bath spa, good quiet air-con. Comfortable beds.

Very nice and extremely reasonable price. The resort is not on the beach but in a great location. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and found that it had plenty of room and close to everything we needed.
