"We stayed on a special weekend package that included breakfast, parking & gift pack and it represented very good value. The hotel is located right at a tram stop so access to the city was great. However we stayed in a room with disabled bathroom facilities and it was very poorly laid out and quite dangerous due to water laying on the floor." - Paul Eddy
