"On checking into our room the bin had not been emptied from the previous guests. The doors may as well have been hollow as it was very noisy. At 10.30pm room service had a trolley in the hallway collecting room service trays and dropped one, was enough to awaken the dead! At 7pm the next morning there was a huge bang on the wall behind the bedhead (cupboard?) and a vacuum cleaner started up. This was SUNDAY MORNING!! Will never ever stay there again. The noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Think they skimped on quality noiseproofing materials in construction." - Becky ROBERTS
