"Disappointing on checkin - as I booked a twin room with a queen bed and single bed as my husband and his mate were sharing the room, they were supplied a queen bed room - 1 bed only and one of them had to sleep on the lounge the first night. The manager was suppose to contact them however did not- bit disappointing. The correct room was supplied to them the next day.
Other that the above the stay was good.

"Very good value at the moment especially if you have a car or dont need close access to the city centre. The rooms have been upgraded but the corridors are still in need of a repaint! Rooms are very clean and bathrooms have been redone which is good. Staff are excellent. Parking is OK unless there are a lot of people in the place. We had to park out on South Tce on the Saturday night because of a function on the top floor. this is a pain as we were paying guests. Will stay there again especially whilst the pricing stays as is." - Glynn Scott
