A small hotel on four floors in the historical centre of Istanbul, with panoramic views from the terrace. Close to the Blue Mosque and St Sophia and convenient for dining, shopping and entertainment. Hotel Saba is situated in the centre of the old city of Istanbul. Converted from a 19th-century Ottoman-style wooden house, it's now an architecturally modern hotel with 27 rooms, three of them with a balcony and all equipped with cable TV, telephone, minibar, safe box, air-conditioning and hairdryer. Breakfast is specially prepared by the staff with home-made preserves and delicious Turkish cheeses, in the spirit of the traditional Ottoman breakfast. Guests can benefit from the fitness room, Jacuzzi and sauna. Panoramic views of the Bosphorus and the Sultanahmet area are available from the hotel terrace.

The view of the Blue Mosque from the roof terrace was outstanding. It was a highlight of our stay. The service and friendliness of the staff also made our stay most enjoyable and we were extremely central to all the sights of the old city. We would definately stay again.
As in most European hotels, the facilities were 'compact', however they were adequate and comfortable. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Language barriers were not a problem. If we asked for something the staff were very obliging. We would recommend the Saba Hotel, Istanbul.
