Getting there:Half way between Sydney & Brisbane, Sacred Mountaun Retreat is at BURKES LANE, VALLA. 7mins/10kms Nth of Nambucca Heads & 20 mins. Sth of Coffs Harbour. If travelling North, turn left into BURKES LANE, just off the Pacific Hwy, 800 meters from the Valla Beach Rd turn off. If travelling South, BURKES LANE runs right off the Pacific Hwy exactly 10 kms from the Urunga Bridge. BURKES LANE is immediately opposite a large billboard which says "NAMBUCCA VALLEY - UNPACK YOUR BAGS" (Transfers are available from Airport, coach terminal or train station by arrangement prior to check in)

We had an excellent stay at the Sacred Mountain Retreat. It is a little hard to find, but once you are there, it is certainly an escape from the everyday. Lovely furnishing, with great touches such as cd and dvd player with a couple of titles to choose from. Breakfast was luscious, and the friendly service was amazing. Will be back someday ...
A great location with spectacular views north, east and south. A fantastic place to escape city life and recharge your own batteries. Only minutes from the beaches and swimming. Quite central to larger towns on the coast and in the country. I highly recommend it.
