"The hotel's location was excellent, and the room was clean and tidy however one of the bedside table lamps was broken on the stem and had fallen over, many light switches didn't work. The shower head was broken so the water came out as a torrent instead of like a shower. My room (306) was located behind the lift, so it was noisy all night, and the room itself was totally dark at all times of the day as the window looked out into a closed courtyard. And the TV was either in German (?) or Spanish." - Ashley Cripps
