"We had a junior suite. The extra beds for our kids, 8 and 11 y old had not an acceptable standard especially considering the price of the room. Too heavy style. A little modernisation would make the general confort feel better. Otherwise a good hotel in a perfect adress." - Svein Lindberg
"The hotel reception staff were friendly but the restaurant and bar staff were unhelpful and slow. Several requests for none feather pillows went unheeded, the lifts often did not work and the stairs were quite unsafe in parts.
The location was excellent and the spa area was welcome after visiting paris on foot.
We had two suites. One was airy spacious and well set out and the other was very cramped to the extent that you had to climb over the bed to get to the bathroom; you could not walk all the way round the bed. I wish I had checked this point before booking.
