"Hotel is relatively nice. One big problem is that it is located very close to the main road and if you get a room at the front of the hotel it is very noisey. Restaurant and bar are very expensive in comparison to down town Lamai. Cost 100THB to get to Lamai center with those red buses after bargaining. " - Anonymous

Koh Samui is located approximately 650 kilometers south of Bangkok. The island can easily be reached from the Thai capital in 1 hour, with one of 15 daily flights operated by Bangkok Airways. They also fly daily to and from Bangkok, Singapore, Krabi, Phuket and Pattaya. You can also take the ferry from Suratthani, which brings you to Koh Samui within 1 hour and 30 minutes. |
