Getting there:
How to reach us from the central train station (Santa Maria Novella):
- by taxi (about EUR 10-15)
- by bus (numbers 1, 6, 14, 17, 23 - get off in Piazza San Marco)
- on foot (10 minutes)
From the airport (Amerigo Vespucci, Florence):
- by taxi (15 minutes, 5 km away)
- by bus, special "Vola in Bus" service to (and from) the Santa Maria Novella railway station (see above after that)
By car:
Follow directions to the centre of town ("centro"). The area around the hotel is limited traffic only but you can get in to unload your luggage (in this case have your license plate number ready to be given to our staff so as not to receive a ticket).
Check-in Procedure:
Check-in can be virtually anytime from morning until 21:00 (9pm). If you plan to arrive outside these times inform Rates To Go Customer Service. If the room is not ready on arrival (rooms are usually ready around 1pm) luggage can be left at the hotel. On checkout day the room has to be vacated before 11am but again the luggage can be left at the hotel for retrieval later in the day.
Car parking:
For parking we usually recommed a garage in Piazza della Libertà, EUR 18 per day. Alternatively upon request on your arrival we can call a special garage that will pick up your car from the hotel and return it whenever you need it (for a daily rate of about EUR 30, to be paid directly to garage staff).
Child Policy:
Children of up to 5 years of age can sleep with parent/s and stay free of charge (no charge for breakfast).
