A warm Italian welcome awaits you at our family run hotel. We are located in the centre of Rome, just 100 metres from St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museum and Rome's main attractions are just a short walk away. We are in front of exit D subway Ottaviano/S.Pietro. The hotel is on the first floor, our rooms are available with private or shared bathroom (budget). From 1ST january in rome there is a new city tax called "tassa di soggiorno" , that at san pietro rooms is EURO 0 , we will pay the new city tax for you. The hotel has recently been redecorated, the rooms are spacious,scrupulously clean and comfortable. We can organize tours and visits on request, and we are happy to offer our help in making your stay in Rome a memorable one.

Getting there:Direction from CENTRAL STATION TERMINI take subway LINE A direction to BATTISTINI, and get off at OTTAVIANO / SAN PIETRO stop. In the corridor of this metro stop, take the exit D (last exit on the right, first stairs on the left ), SAN PIETRO ROOMS is in front of this exit, Viale Giulio Cesare n. 62 stairs A /1st floor.
Check-in Procedure:Check in after 12 pm. If you arrive before this time you can leave your luggage with us until your room is ready. Check out is at 10 am on the day of departure.
Car parking:No private parking facilities but there is a garage nearby.
Child Policy:Children up to 4 years old do not pay.
Very cosy place and a good location. Within walking distance to the Vatican city and to nice restaurants surrounding the location. Would make a return stay here. The toilet was a very small though. Good value overall.

If you are on a budget and is looking for a place to rest/sleep this residence hotel is fine however, the rooms needed renovations especially the bathroom. You can smell the septic once you open the room. Items listed on the ad (ie iron/board,hairdryers) are not available. we stayed for 4 days and our linens and towels were never changed. Otherwise, breakfast croissant (chocolate) was good and walking distance to the vatican.
if you are on a budget and just looking for a place to rest and sleep after a long day of vatican tour,this is the right place to stay. However the rooms need some renovations especially the bathrooms.Items posted on the internet are not available (ie hairdryer, coffee maker, iron/board). Breakfast consists of beverage and pastries (chocolate croissant)is great!
