Good all round hotel.
Great hotel with excellent rooms, breakfast and service. After checking several websites, I managed to find a room price of 75 EUR, which is so cheap for what you get.
Excellent hotel, very helpful and friendly staff, wonderful buffet breakfast. Though a little away from the city centre, near Gulbenkian, within a few minutes of the metro and 3 or 4 stops from downtown. Nice restaurants nearby, too - excellent vegetarian and Brazilian buffet-style restaurants just down the street.
Very clean and bright. Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast. No great atmosphere or character but a very clean and comfortable place to stopover which is reasonably handy for the airport and motorway out of town. Would stay again if in Lisbon.
4 stars hotel near the subway, Gulbenkian and Praça de Espanha. Beautiful views, excellent rooms and great service.
this hotel is highly recommended. very clean, the staff are very friendly and they go out of their way to assist you. we'll definitely stay at this hotel again. the breakfast is great!!! the location is just right... a 3 minute walk to the sete rios
The only real complaint we had - and this would be true of every hotel we have stayed in anywhere, anytime - is the poor reading light for those who like to read in bed. It´s so widespread a condition that it must be standard policy in the Build-a-Hotel manual...Other than that, a fine hotel. A short hike from the nearest metro station - no problem for any but the truly elderly, lame, or lazy. Would definitely stay there again.
we were very satisfied at this hotel. Very glamorous, clean, brigh and comfertablle. My only remark is that the day we left (at 5:00) we did not get a breakfast box, like we were promised.
Beautifully presented hotel, excellent service and very good selection of food and wines. Located near a Metro station so easy access to town.
Still my favorite in Lisbon.
Very nice and good hotel, with friendly people who are helpfull. Good distance to center, airport and near metro and motorways. Rooms are very comfortable.
Some staff members were not very helpful. There is no sitting facility in the reception area except in the Bar, where you would normally be expected to buy drinks.
no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which I thought ought to be made available considering we are in europe
Food is very good for this type of hotel. The staff are corteous and very helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant and bar. I had a glitch with my room Internet connection. One of the front desk staff members, Ms. Dias, was so helpful that she even tried to solve the problem in the room for herself. As the problem subsisted, she decide to give me another room. An A++++ grade for all the staff.
Sana Malhoa is still a favorite hotel in Lisbon for business-related trips. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. This time I found out that more attention to detail is needed regarding bathroom cleaning.
Still great, still wonderful price/quality ratio. Staff are just the best in town!
Very efficient and friendly staff. Rooms are excellent and location is superb whether you need to travel to the southern part of the Tagus river or you need to reach the business district. El Corte Ingles, one of the best shopping areas, and the subway network are within walking distance. There are a few restaurants in the hotel's street, including the well-known Lusitana steakhouse/brewery.
Overall we were very impressed by the cleaniness, however all staff were not friendly. Its roughly 25 mins walk or 3 metro stops from city centre. Would reccommend the hotel, although one or two of the staff would benefit greatly with some manners.
Staff members are wonderful and friendly. Breakfast is one of the best even among the top hotels in Lisbon.
One of the best hotels I have ever been, plus a very good price on website. It's new and perfect for business traveller.
