"Clean and nice. Possible to walk (30 min) to the city, or taxi was easy to get as well. Nice staff, and price worthy in general." - Anonymous
"The wireless network in the hotel is hopeless and caused us no end of problems which is not good for a hotel which bills itself as a business hotel. The quality of the food was also not great, but then the food we had in general in Lisbon was not fantastic. The reception staff need to have a few more lessons is customer service as they could have been a lot more efficient and helpful. Having made all of these negative comments the hotel is not that bad and the rooms are fine." - Anonymous
"The hotel was clean and pleasant. Location is a bit too far from the center of town. The metro is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Facilities were acceptable and the breakfast was quite good. There are no decent restaurants nearby. A small grovery store and cafe's are in the neighborhood." - Daniel Mayadas
"Front desk staff seemed annoyed at my questions and requests. Breakfast buffet was one of the better ones in our 15 day stay in Europe. No iron or ironing board was available. Not located near much of anything for a tourist. Had to take a taxi everywhere. " - Anonymous
