Very helpful reception staff. Steep walk up to hotel from the center of town. But hotel itself quite nice. Would return.

Very good value for money, beautifully located on the park, wonderful view. There was one morning when the water in the bathroom wasn't very hot, but apart from that it was great. Nice breakfasts too.

This hotel was ideal for a long weekend city break holiday. Good location opposite Edward VII Park and convenient to get quickly into the centre of Lisbon. The hotel facilities and cleanliness was good. The restuarant was closed so we could not check this out.(Not that it mattered because we prefer to use local restaurants). The staff were friendly and helpful and we would be happy to use this hotel again

It's a hotel I would like to stay at another time. Everybody in the hotel was very nice.

Set in a good location (walking distance of central Lisbon) the hotel has a comfortable, old world feel to it (Tudor style Dining Room in basement). The steep climb from the bus stop (or Metro) may present a problem to some visitors. Derek & Una Whelan, Ireland.

Great service and pricing, very clean with fabulous breakfast. It's located 5 minutes from the metro station on foot (downhill) and 20 minutes of easy walk from city centre Baixa. I would definitely choose it again if going to Lisbon.

This hotel offers good value. There is a nice view of a park. It is not suitable for people unable to climb hills if they prefer to walk to restaurants, etc. The staff is polite and accommodating.
