"Hi
My wife and I had a very comfortable long weekend in London and used this hotel. The staff were very good and so was the room. The breakfast was simple, cheap and quite good. The pub under the hotel isn't a problem and it isn't very good. Luckily there a lots of other options within a 3 minute walk. The hotel is handy for the tube station (less than 100m), but the tube is St James Park and the connections to it aren't great. But, with some careful journey planning it never prooved to be a problem. A super little hotel in a smashing location for seeing London." - Nicholas Hamar

Refurbished to provide the most modern hotel facilities in one of London's oldest and most fashionable areas is the Sanctuary House Hotel.
At the heart of England's State institutions and just a couple of minutes' walk from Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament. Buckingham Palace is a ten-minute stroll away, beautiful St James's Park, with The Mall and St James's Palace even closer. Beyond is Hyde Park in one direction, and London's West End, with it's world-famous Oxford Street and Regent Street shopping about a mile in the other. Knightsbridge and Harrods are about the same distance, and Trafalgar Square, The Strand and Covent Garden rather less.
The Fuller's Ale & Pie House on the ground floor is traditional in style, but smart and modern in execution. The food is home-cooked, and Fuller's full range of award winning ales and fine wines are on offer.
The Sanctuary House is a fine, 34 bedroom hotel, immaculately furnished and serviced and offers everything you'd expect. Some of our bedrooms have recently been refurbished and boast king-size four poster beds! There's plenty to please you, and only one thing to surprise you in a city notorious for the price of it's hotels you'll find The Sanctuary House very reasonable indeed. |

From Heathrow Airport take Heathrow Express to Paddington Station and then take the undeground (Circle Line).
From Gatwick take Gatwick Express to Victoria, then take the undeground either District or Circle line. |
