Getting there:BY car: Sanctuary House Resort Motel is located approximately 2.5 km from the main street of Healesville and 400 m from Healesville Sanctuary. Travel to Healesville along Maroondah Highway (approximately 60km from Melbourne CBD). By public transport: metropolitan train service to Lilydale (55 minutes) with connecting bus service (685) to Healesville.

It was a lovely little cabin. The only issue was with the TV reception but that was something common to the area. It was lovely to be woken at 5:30am by the kookaburras. Also the close proximity of the Resort to the major attractions of the area was one of the main reasons for us staying there.
